The Hidden Realm is set in The Kimberley, a remote mountain range in far north of Australia. The young hero becomes lost in a cave system eventually finding himself in a mysterious forest kingdom, peopled by an ancient race who have withdrawn because of the hordes of barbaric Earthlings roaming the planet. In their ancient text it has been prophesised that an Earthling will realign their hidden realm with the rest of the Earth in order for the kingdom to prepare itself for the massive earth changes about to sweep the planet.

As soon as the sequel - Keepers of the Realm - was completed I realised that it was the main narrative, with The Hidden Realm being a sort of a prequel to the events that bring this ancient and brillant race of people - who have lived for thousands of years in their hidden kingdom - into direct conflict with the ruling human industrial/military complex now dominating the Earthlings. This elite authority refuses to recognise the wisdom and the insight of these ancient peole; nor do they recognise the need prepare for the imminent planetary upheaval.

Both books are science fiction/fantasy, and came about because of my concern for humanity’s future. Science tells us that this has all happened before. Ice ages, floods and global warming are not new to our planet and it is almost certain that previous well developed civilisations have been wiped out because they were not prepared for global upheaval.

Apart from my books I want to jot down a few thoughts about my depression, on a ‘diary page’. Here I will make comments and reflect on the constant struggle many of us have with depression, documenting some methods I use to help reduce the trauma. Also any insights you wish to send me that might be of help to the thousands now afflicted with this illness will be included on this page.

All Pervading Loving Intelligence
I am thankful to have found what I have spent a lifetime looking for, but I must begin slowly, softly, if I am to offer any remnant of the majesty of the experience. I’ll take each word and let it drop carefully into the pool of consciousness, asking you to hear the sound of what is being said, to feel the enormity of what lays beyond this everyday layer of social awareness. Take the feeling inside as you listen to me whispering its glory.
There is a state of being; a living All-pervading Loving Intelligence that is at once ethereal and weightless, yet thick, alive and intense. Existing in each molecule of matter this Intelligence is around us now, waiting for our collective consciousness to become aware of It. Some know this Intelligence as Love, and they are right. Some know this Intelligence as Divine, and they are right. Some know this Intelligence as their Soul and they are right, for It is all this - and more.
Though I have found what I have been seeking, fretfully, in my need to pass this on, I am only too aware of the way humanity looks through a conditioned eye. This challenges my ability to communicate, and miserably I know I’m not up to the task. If what I am speaking of were so obvious then surely it would not have taken me so long to recognise this joyous all pervading energy. If it has been all around me all my life, how has it taken me so long to become aware of its intensity and its wonder?
I guess I am asking for your indulgence here for I do have information to share and maybe my puny words will be enough to alert some of you to the fact that ordinary human beings like myself can break through the limitations of society’s programming and discover the true nature/energy of Love. These days I am able to experience this supreme energy any time I place my intention on the process.
Note: This is not the love of a lover or a child. No! It is an acknowledgement that the energy of LOVE exists in the same way as electricity exists.
It is an ENERGY that we can tap into at any time.
LOVE is ever present. It is no mystery, nor is it the result of religious fervour, or only be experienced by new lovers. Popular culture has tainted this word, has misused its power. It does not only belong on soppy gift cards or pop songs, it is a practical energy that simply exists like sun light exists. It is in the air, in every cell of our bodies, it is all pervading and once we open up and become aware of its intelligent presence our lives will improve immediately.
This magnificent energy is available to anyone who can sink into the realm of their heart, let go of all thought and just become ‘open’. LOVE will naturally flood into one’s being. It’s like suddenly removing a sea-wall - the water will naturally sweep in and fill your mind and body.
Tap into it and you will immediately change. Tap into it and feel the joy!
If you are unsure of how to open your heart, sit quietly and concentrate on a person or a place in your life that has great meaning for you. Take long deep breaths as you centre your thoughts and feelings upon this special person or place. Slowly, as you begin to feel joy, know that your heart is opening. Don’t think. Stop all thought and just let the feeling flood in - this magnificent feeling is now sensitizing your mind, filling your being with LOVE, enabling you to tap into this natural, ever-present energy. What you are doing is awakening a dormant part of you that for many years has been covered by a dark emptiness. The trigger is your attachment to somebody close. The energy that begins to fill your heart is gentle, perhaps almost non existence at first, so continue to focus on this special love allowing the feeling to build. It’s as if there is a dimmer switch in your heart, and suddenly you are turning it up by using the warmth of you feelings. Allow it to grow, and begin to imagine sending this energy out to other friends and loved ones. Still it grows in your heart so now gently turn this love towards yourself , allowing each cell of you body to light up with this joy. Now the energy of LOVE is part of you, and if you do this exercise every day you will begin re-program your mind.
By constantly practicing this exercise, eventually you will automatically open your heart anywhere, at any time. By allowing Love to take over you will be able to mentally fill your room with this Divine energy, insert Love into your food, and constantly send it to all your friends - even your enemies. Of course as soon as this All Pervading Loving Intelligence pervades you life your attitude will change and there will be no enemy!

I wish to purify my intent so it can exist easily in the energy of LOVE which surrounds & moves through me: My intent is to become aware of the constant reality of LOVE & be directed by this intelligence.
Or this one:
I have become fluid by letting go.
I have become malleable by letting go.
I am letting go of my rigid state of mind.
I am now reforming! Renewing! Recreating!
My new energy pattern has stabilized allowing my re-structured body to receive the energy of LOVE. This has created a new sacred geometric form which is strong enough maintain a new and much higher level of vibration.
